All of these little things are adding up to too much.
So, the decision now is to continuously monitor all of our heartrates (Mom's, Thing 1's, and Thing 2's) until tomorrow morning, at which point we'll be delivered via c-section! Over the past few weeks, we've seen this high heartrate (which the doctors call tachycardia) in all three of us. Who you calling tacky? Yeah? Well...we think those hospital scrubs that the doctors and nurses wear are tacky.
As part of the continuous NST, Mom has to wear this belly band so the monitors fit snug up to her. Even the extra large one is super tight on her!
Our big sister Kaira was nice enough to let Mom sleep with Big Elmo these last few nights leading up to the surgery to help calm her nerves. Kaira was also nice enough to let Daddy sleep in the hospital room with Mommy, too.
We thought black was supposed to be slimming! Can you imagine if she had carried us past 33 weeks, 4 days?
Wish us good luck for a healthy delivery tomorrow and a speedy recovery! Look out world...here we come!!
